Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor CRM and full‑stack developers for CRM, portal, and web app delivery.

​Architect scalable solutions integrated with ERP, payment gateways, and omnichannel platforms.

​Advise leadership on Microsoft CE trends, AI‑driven enhancements, and customer experience strategies.

Act as SME for integrations, data migration, and AI‑powered customer service solutions.

Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
Required Skills :

10+ years in Microsoft CE application development.

5+ years as a Microsoft Certified FastTrack Solution Architect.

Proven delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions, leveraging AI/ML for customer experience.

Hands‑on expertise with Azure AI, Copilot, Dynamics Contact Center, and chatbot/IVR solutions.

Strong integration experience with SAP ERP, payment gateways, and omnichannel communication systems.

Recognized certifications such as Microsoft MVP (Business Applications / Power Apps / Copilot Studio), Azure AI Fundamentals, and Dynamics‑related credentials.
