Position: Microsoft CRM Developer
Responsibilities:

​Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE CRM & Omnichannel features.

Collaborate with leads, PMs, and stakeholders for successful delivery.

Support integrations with Contact Center, SAP ERP, and payment gateways.
-
Build CI/CD pipelines and follow ALM best practices.
-
Provide training, support, and drive user adoption.
-
Optimize system functionality and enhance user experience.
Required Skills :
-
5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE development/configuration.
-
Strong knowledge of Customer Service, Omnichannel, Unified Routing.
-
Proven delivery of at least 2 CE implementations for high‑volume contact centers.
-
Hands‑on ERP and payment gateway integration experience.
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
-
Certifications: MB‑910, MB‑200, PL‑100, MB‑230, PL‑400 (working towards PL‑200, PL‑600).
-
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
